This 3-hour continuing Education course will cover the 9 basic systems/ processes that great project managers use to manage on time, on budget and on quality homes.
We will cover how to be a manager, great systems, good communication, trade partner relations and management, scheduling, managing cost, quality, and customer service as well as safety and the debrief process.
