Are you ready for project management software? How to decide when and which software to implement.

Moving to project management software is not a small decision.  It can radically improve your operation when fully functional.  However, without proper preparation, your organization will struggle through the implementation, finding it to be costly in time, energy, and frustration.  In this class, we will discover what systems we need in place currently to be prepared to implement software.  We will also review a number of popular software providers for small and medium-size builders (50 or fewer closings per year).

Carrie Roeger has learned the ins and outs of running a successful homebuilding operation through 16 years of experience in the industry.  Actively giving back to the Industry, Carrie is the Chair of the NAHB 55 + Housing Council and a member of the PBW, locally, statewide, and nationally.  Currently, a professor at KSU, and owner of multiple businesses, Carrie is sharing her depth of experience with local builders through this HBA class.
