DESCRIPTION:The EPA's Renovation\, Repair\, and Painting Final Rule (40 CFR 745) requires that renovation conducted for compensation must be performed by a certified renovator.  Renovation firms that wish to work in pre-1978 homes and child-occupied facilities must be initially certified by the EPA\, they must renew their certification every three years before their certification expires.\n\n\n\nGA EPD requires a refresh course every 3 years. This is different from the EPA\, which requires the refresher every 5 years. \n\n\n\nThis RRP class is good for 3 years in Georgia and 5 years in an EPA authorized state (Fl\, SC\, TN)\n\n\n\nPlease bring proof of your original certification!
