DESCRIPTION:If you are ready to take pursue your license for Residential Basic\, Light Commerical\, or your GC License. Sign up for the correct class below. \n\n\n\nEach attendee who registers will receive- \n\n	All Books required to pass the exam.\n	Book Tabs\n	Candidate Information Bulletin.\n	The Study Book Reference Guide used to highlight study facts in their books.\n	The ability to take up to 2 additional seminars and/or webinars for one full year at no additional cost.\n	Practice Tests.\n	30 Minute One on One Session with Andrew to discuss any questions or concerns they may have.\n\n\n\nThe NASCLA exam is 330 minutes\, has 115 questions and requires an 81% to pass.  A separate business and law exam is required for each state you want to be licensed.\n\n\n\nThe GA Residential Basic exam is 200 minutes\, has 80 questions and requires a 70% to pass. The business and law exam is built into the exam.\n\n\n\nThe Georgia Residential ? Light Commercial exam is 230 minutes\, has 90 questions and requires a 70% to pass. The business and law exam is built into the exam.\n\n\n\nFor the NASCLA exam\, since there is a trade exam and a business and law exam\, the entire process including the testing\, can take 1-2 months.  For the other tests\, the process to get the license after passing the exam is 1-2 weeks as long as all required documents are submitted to the Licensing Board.\n\n\n\nTo attend\, you must have completed the requirements with the Georgia Licensing Board\, they do have to meet certain financial qualifications\, pass a background check\, be 21 years old and a US citizen or qualified alien.
