Renovation firms that wish to work in pre-1978 homes and child-occupied facilities must be initially certified by the EPA\, they must renew their certification every three years \n\nbefore their certification expires. GA EPD requires a refresh course every 3 years. This is different from the EPA\, which requires the refresher every 5 years. \n\nBonnie Maurras with National Environmental Solutions\, Inc. will facilitate this session.  Bonnie has been helping to build a trained and certified lead abatement workforce of contractors\, consultants and health care providers in EPA Region IV since 1994. In 2007\, the CDC hired Bonnie to teach their pilot Lead Safe Work Practice course in Savannah to contractors interested in 406b compliance. All course booklets\, application forms & required documents will be provided. \n\n \n\nClass size is limited to 20 per session!\n\nREQUIREMENT: Bring a copy of your original certificate or the most recent refresher certificate.\n\n \n\n This 4 hour accredited RRP class is worth 3 CEU credits and is good for 3 years in Georgia and 5 years in an EPA authorized state (Fl\, SC\, TN).
