In this class\, we will work on these two concepts of operational excellence. We will discover how to establish\, improve\, and execute vital processes and better scheduling that will lead to improved profits.\n\n\n\nMeet the Instructor-\n\nCarrie Roeger has learned the ins and outs of running a successful homebuilding operation through 15 years of experience in the industry. Actively giving back to the Industry\, Carrie is the Chair of the NAHB 55 + Housing Council and a member of the PBW\, locally\, statewide and nationally. Currently a professor at KSU\, and owner of multiple businesses\, Carrie will be teaching Cycle Time and Process Improvement classes for GAHB later this year.
